Little by little.  I picked up this phrase from a song.  Ok, that wasn’t the first time I heard it, but in the song it was catchy.  Since then, I use it as inspiration when getting things done.  I might not do a lot, but little by little, changes are being made.  This week I made a change to the banner on my blog.  I picked up a tip from Extreme Photo Cropping for Web Banners.    I found the advice quite interesting!
