Sailing with Yoga

Lungs fill, as in a sail,
Breathe in deep, now exhale.
Sit, quiet, meditate,
Let worries dissipate.
Set course along mind’s coast.
Thoughts drift from worries most.

With grace begin to move,
Embrace Vinyasa groove.
Balance, focus, find core,
Push on a little more.
Run with yoga, you’ll find,
Strong body, peaceful mind.
