I just received notice that my squirrel sculpture is now available in a book of poetry about squirrels.
Well, it isn’t published quite yet. The proof is out, and should be published soon.
The book is titled Squirrel Shenanigans. I can’t wait to get my printed copy!

June, I am SO proud of you. You are an inspiration to me and all the artists and writers who know you. Now, what’s the name of that “book about squirrels?” I’d also like to know how the squirrel got into that book. There’s GOTTA be a story there. Chuck Larlham

Hi Chuck! It is an interesting story. I entered my sculpture into an exhibit at the Anton Art Center in Mt Clemens. I sold this squirrel, titled ‘Nuts’ to the judge of the show who was assembling a book of poetry by various authors. I loved the little sculpture, so after I sold this one, I created another one that I like just as much. The proof for the book is complete and my little squirrel has made it onto one of its pages. The book’s name is ‘Squirrel Shenanigans’

Well, it’s obvious that I need to read with more care. Squirrel Shenanigans is a fine title for that book.
